Wes Reinhardt, CPM
Wes Reinhardt functions in a hybrid role at Dewey Property Advisors. While he is a licensed real estate broker, his primary function these days is running DPA’s sister company, Altamus Property Management. As President and Co-Founder of Altamus, he has the unique opportunity of servicing many of DPA’s commercial clients. By bridging the worlds of real estate management and brokerage, he is able to advise clients using a wide spectrum of insight. He holds the professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and considered to be among the industry’s premier real estate management credentials. His career life spans more than 20 years and includes valued experiences that range from Wall Street to Main Street.
Since 2004, he has been immersed in all aspects of commercial real estate including brokerage, sales, leasing, design, development, project management, facility operations and property management. Prior to joining the DPA team, he was Vice President and Broker-in-Charge at FIRC Group, a full-service real estate investment firm with properties throughout the Southeast. During his tenure, his responsibilities transcended multiple market sub-sectors including retail, office, mixed use, hospitality and land.
Wes has established a reputation built on quantifiable results. Other professional attributes include a keen ability to manage the relationship dynamics inherent between Landlord and Tenant.

Patricia Skalski // 49 Glendale Owner
I want to thank you for all your kindness and support in helping me deal with the Asheville property. You were so incredibly helpful to me with navigating me through the process. I felt I could really trust you and know what you said was truly the best and honest opinion.
Shala Worsley // Asheville School of Massage & Yoga
I loved working with Tim Bramley. He was cheerful, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process from the property search to the lease negotiations and lease signing. He was always quick to answer my questions and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts. I’m so grateful for his patience and persistence. Thanks to Tim we found a location that we love, and with his expertise we were able to negotiate a very fair lease.
Dr. Ross Williams // 59 Broadway Owner
I can unreservedly recommend Eddie Dewey to anyone buying or selling commercial real estate that cares about knowledge of the market, integrity and hard work when working with an agent. Our sale took six years to complete because of the economic downturn. I am sure Eddie had to show that property over a hundred times.
Dr. Larry Golson & Tom Hayes // Asheville Area Arts Council
I worked with Eddie on a project for the Asheville Area Arts Council. We had a building that we needed to lease on Biltmore Ave in Downtown Asheville. I found Eddie to be consistently prompt with returning correspondence and easy to work with. He gave honest, expert advice from his experience in commercial real estate.
Leslie Armstrong // Owner of Plant Restaurant
It took us close to six months to find just the right space for our restaurant. Eddie was there with us every step of the way. His in-depth knowledge of the Asheville real estate market, wise counsel, and calm, rational style made an intense – and sometimes seemingly unachievable – endeavor feel much more doable.
Trent Gustafson // Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate
We engaged Dewey Property Advisors (DPA) to represent us on the disposition of a vacant outparcel in Western North Carolina. The vacant outparcel was residual land from a recent McDonald’s ground lease. As the real estate market continued to deteriorate in 2008 and 2009, DPA supported our change in direction to develop the property for a retailer as opposed to accepting offers for the sale of the property.
Jackson M. Smith // Aston Properties, Inc.
Eddie recently represented us in the sale of a retail investment property in eastern North Carolina and we could not be happier with him or the results. In these challenging times it takes something extra to get things done and Eddie offers that and more.
Andy and Tonya Marthaler // Marthaler Jewelers
Never having been through the process of owning our own business, much less negotiating a retail lease agreement, we feel extremely blessed that Eddie was recommended as a resource to assist us in this process. His expertise and commitment to our best interests throughout this experience was exceptional! Without reservation we would recommend Eddie’s services, knowing that he will meet and exceed expectations.
Lucy Archie // Old North State Clothing Co.
Over the past 20 years I have moved – combined residential and commercial – over 15 times. During each of these experiences I have had able assistance and advice from a variety of realtors and brokers. None surpass the commitment of Eddie Dewey and DPA to finding what their client is seeking in the market, listening to client’s wants and desires, and reacting with a firm knowledge of the local and regional markets.
