Park 108 at 108 Monticello Road in Weaverville, NC is a 416,500 sf professional industrial flex complex that DPA acquired in 2021. Adaptive re-use industrial has been a primary acquisition target for DPA for the past 5 years, and this is our 3rd acquisition in this product type. Originally developed as a single tenant facility (Sonopress), this flex facility currently is home to a strong mix of industrial and office tenants. DPA will continue adding new tenants and making improvements to transform this property.
