“We engaged Dewey Property Advisors (DPA) to represent us on the disposition of a vacant outparcel in Western North Carolina. The vacant outparcel was residual land from a recent McDonald’s ground lease. As the real estate market continued to deteriorate in 2008 and 2009, DPA supported our change in direction to develop the property for a retailer as opposed to accepting offers for the sale of the property.
