Tim Bramley has been a commercial real estate broker with DPA since 2011. His areas of focus include Leasing, Buyer/Seller Representation and Investment Sales. Since joining DPA, Tim has completed over 300 transactions totaling over $100M in volume.
Notable sale transactions and leasing assignments include:
- 12 downtown Asheville building sales totaling over 85,000 square feet and $15M in transaction volume
- River Arts District project leasing for Wedge Studios, Foundation Studios and RAMP Studios totaling over 270,000 square feet
- Park 108 Industrial and Office center totaling over 400,000 square feet
- Asheville Market (Whole Foods) Retail shopping center totaling over 130,000 square feet
Tim is a member and past President of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Association of WNC, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a recipient of the CCIM designation for demonstrating extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and completing advanced coursework in financial and market analysis. Additionally, Tim has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2018. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College Foundation.
Originally from upstate New York, Tim earned his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds an MBA from Appalachian State University. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to live music, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills and Tar Heels with his wife and two sons.
